We care about your issues and so would be happy to hear from you and solve any issues you might face. But please be aware that unless it is an error in delivery or production from our end, we have a No return/refund policy.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
